Banana Chia Pudding

Banana Chia Pudding is a super quick and an easy way to make a satisfying pudding. This pudding is naturally sweetened with fruit and it has no added sugar. Banana Chia pudding is perfect for breakfast, or an afternoon snack, or for serving the kids. This pudding is perfectly fit into the vegan and paleo diet category. Though I am neither vegan or paleo I do believe in eating a diet which is rich in plants and low in sugar.

Let’s talk about chia seed a bit. If you are familiar with this seed you know it has a lot of nutritional values. Chia seed is very high in fiber and low in carb. It is a great source of antioxidants and omega-3 fats. I would say chia seed beneficial for health and we should include this seed in our diet.

I often try to include chia seed in my smoothies or to make pudding with varieties of different kinds of fruit. For making Banana chia pudding I have used almond milk but it will work equally well with any milk, including cows milk, soy, coconut etc, you can literally choose whichever milk you would like or your child prefer or can tolerate. The best thing about this pudding is that it requires only 3 ingredients and you can make it ahead of time, freeze it and save it for later.
