Smoothies are the thick beverage, that made from blended raw fruit or vegetables with other ingredients such as milk, sweetened, or water. The banana smoothie is a healthy beverage and very easy to make. This drink is the perfect for breakfast, or an afternoon snack, or for serving the kids.
The best thing about the banana smoothie is that you can throw any fruit or green leaves, such as pineapple, orange, strawberry, avocado, spinach, or other favorite fruit. You can even make it ahead of time, freeze it and save it for later. In addition, you could also switch out the milk to water, coconut milk, any other milk, or any juice. The options are endless for this smoothie.
Note: To make any healthy smoothie, instead of adding sugar or any sweetened, add a banana. It will make your drink automatically sweet and reduce the calories.

- Banana: 2
- Almond milk: 1½ cup
- Honey: 1 tbsp (optional)
- In a blender, add milk. I used almond milk, but you can use any milk, yogurt, or juice.
- Peel and roughly chopped the banana then add to the blender.
- Now turn the blender on blend it until creamy and smooth.
Serve this Banana smoothie at your breakfast or any time of your day
