Smoothies are the easiest way to add healthy nutrition to our body. For example, when it’s time to eat raw spinach we hesitate to eat them, but if we blend them with our favorite fruit it becomes an enjoyable drink, and we can’t even taste the spinach. Smoothies are the perfect drink for breakfast, or an afternoon snack, or for serving the kids.
Spinach smoothie is a delicious and healthy smoothie with spinach, apple, orange, ripe banana, and milk. This is not necessary to add the same fruit, which I have added. You can select your favorite fruit and blend them with the spinach. To make this smoothie naturally sweetened, I have added a banana. There are hundreds of combinations of fruits and veggies that you can add to your smoothies to make it naturally sweetened with lots of nutritional benefits without getting bored.
A couple of quick smoothie making tips: the type of milk you use is entirely up to you. For this smoothie, I have used dairy milk, but you can also use soy, almond, or switch out the milk to water, coconut milk, or any juice. The same is true of sweeteners- you can use honey, maple syrup, or any sugar or substitute sugar with some sweet fruit. I would say, just play around with your favorite fruit, sweetener, and milk combinations to discover your favorites. The options are endless for the smoothies.

- Spinach: 1 cup
- Apple: 1 (roughly chopped)
- Orange: 1
- Ripe banana: 1
- Milk: 1 cup
- How to Make Spinach Smoothie with step by step photos –
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender, cover with the lid, and whirl until smooth.
- If needed, add more milk and sweetener to reach the desired consistency, adjusting as necessary.
- Pour into two glasses and garnish with finely chopped apple pieces, and enjoy promptly.
Serve the Spinach smoothie at your breakfast or any time of your day.
